Deed Restriction Violations: A letter was sent to the owner of the property at 11934 Grapevine regarding a storage shed that was installed too close to the front property line and was in violation of the deed restrictions. The owner has moved the shed and is now in compliance.
Richard asked for everyone to think of a way to let everyone know of the deed restrictions as some people never got copies when they purchased the property. Linda can send emails with the restrictions attached but does not have every property owners email address. We could also mail or hand deliver the restrictions to the remaining owners.
Next Food Bank Distribution will be May 30.
Next Meeting will be July 8, 2014 and 2 of the board members will not be there.
